It's always nice to find others have the same symptoms on their valued and loved timepieces. After that it is a good idea to check the page that shows what we can do about it. Almost anything! This will give you an initial idea if what you could do. After that there is no escape from the need to check what the operation will cost. Maybe that price is worth it to you and maybe not. That's up to you of course.
2. Decide what you want to be done.
After you made the decision that you want your Swatch fixed the time has come to clearly identify your needs. This is important to both you and us. You should make a good description of your Swatch and/or have a good picture of it. And of course you must write down what you want to have done. We will take that literally!
3. Contact us and get a quote for your work to be done.

Save this document somewhere on your hard disk first by right clicking it and selecting Save target as... If you don't succeed in doing so please do not be alarmed, many people have just the same problem. Just send us a email and we will mail the form to you. Fill it in completely and mail it to us at info@sWatchRepair.com, together with the rest of your information and pictures. We will try to get a quote out to you within 24 hours. But please bear with us if it takes a little longer. This is a totally new business and although we take it very seriously we really don't know what to expect. After you get our quote you make your final decision and move on to the next step.
4. Send in your Swatch(es), pack them well.
Pack your Swatches very well in a hard box and be sure they wil not be harmed on their way to us. We treat the way they come to us as the initial state. If you do not send your package insured that is totally up to you. We just cannot bear the risk of packages on their way to us. We hope you can understand this. When your shipment comes in we will notify you straight away.
5. Pay for the work in progress.
Before we can get started on your Swatch we need to have received your full payment. Payment is easy because we accept many different kinds of payment like most credit cards and banks through Paypal, free Euro bank transfers within Europe, all checques and money orders that can be cashed in without costs, Western Union Money transfers and even cash if you really want to. When your payment comes in we will notify you right away and start on our job.
6. Receive your repaired Swatch(es) by mail!
The time it takes us to complete your job depends on the work to be done. This may be as short as one day to over one week for the really difficult jobs. This will be quoted in advance. When we are done we will send your Swatch well packed and insured, with priority to get it to you soon and reduce the risk of damage you often see in land mail. During transit we will bear the risk of damage and loss for an amount we will let you know in advance. When your package comes in we appreciate it if you send us your opinion on the work done so that we may show this on our references page.
